NARRATIVE
<br />This survey was made to monument a partitioning of Parcel 2 of Partition
<br />Plat No. 2017-58 into three parcels. The partition was approved by Marion
<br />County in partition case no. 19-001. This survey is based on the property
<br />line adjustment deed recorded in Reel 4443, Page 39 and my previous
<br />survey of Partition Plat 2017-58. Monuments from my partition plat
<br />were found and used for the boundaries. Three new parcels were
<br />monumented as shown.
<br />SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE
<br />I, James S. Hepler, certify that I have correctly surveyed and marked with
<br />proper monuments the land represented on the herewith partition map,
<br />which is described as follows:
<br />Parcel 2, Partition Plat 2017-58, Marion County, Oregon; the initial point
<br />of which is a 5/8" Iron Rod at the southeast corner of said Parcel 2; and
<br />containing 6.86 acres, more or less.

<br />land shown hereon in parcels, have caused the same to be replotted,
<br />partitioned and surveyed, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter
<br />92 of the Oregon Revised Statutes, as shown on the hereon map, and
<br />hereby grant the easements as shown.
