NARRATIVE: <br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between those <br />properties described as "Parcel I" and "Parcel 11" in that Warranty Deed recorded in <br />Reel 3168, Page 467, Marion County Deed Records, consolidating said properties <br />into a single tract per City of Salem Property Line Adjustment Case No. PLA20-14. <br />The basis of bearings used was between monuments A and B per MCSR 19891, <br />which was also used to determine the south line of the subject property. To determine <br />the west line of "Parcel II", 1 held monuments D, E and F per MCSR 26185. The <br />southwesterly right of way of Strong Road SE (Market Road 56) was determined by <br />holding the line between monuments H and I and offsetting said line 40 feet <br />Southwesterly. The southeasterly line of the subject property was determined by <br />holding monuments B and G from MCSR 19891. The west and north lines of "Parcel <br />I" (Original Line) were determined by holding record deed distance Westerly from <br />monument B, record deed bearing and distance Northerly and record bearing Easterly <br />to the intersection of the southwesterly right of way of Strong Road SE.
