NARRATIVE
<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners on those tracts of land described Reel 4115,
<br />Page 231, and Reel 1726, Page 260, Marion County Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey
<br />is between found monuments "A" and "B" as shown on BLM field notes from Volume OR-RO618, Page
<br />298. Said monuments were held for the South line of Section 10, Township 9 South, Range 2 East of
<br />the Willamette Meridian. Found monuments "D", "E", "F", "G" and "H" were held for the Southerly right
<br />of way of Taylor Park Rd SE. The Northerly right of way was then held as being 40', 50', and 60'
<br />Northerly of the Southerly right of way of Taylor Park Rd. SE as shown on Marion County Survey 37770.
<br />The deed calls along the South line of said Section 10 were held for the East and West lines of the
<br />subject properties. The deed calls the South line of said Section as "West" and the North and South
<br />property lines as "North" and "South". I held the North and South property lines as perpendicular to the
<br />South line of said Section 10 and intersected them with the top of the South bank of the Little North
<br />Fork of the Santiom river to the North and the Northerly right of way of Taylor Park Rd. SE on the
<br />South.
<br />EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE
<br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System;
<br />and CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with supplemental
<br />hand-written field survey notes were used in this survey.
