The deeds for the property line <br />adjustment are unable to be recorded at this time so the property line adjustment <br />has not been completed. The basis of bearing for this survey is between found <br />monuments "D" and "J" as shown on Marion County Survey Record 34539. Found <br />monuments "A"and "D" were held for the South right of way of Pine St. The South <br />right of way was then offset 30' Northerly to establish the centerline of said Pine St. <br />Found monuments "D", "J", "K", "N", "P", and a point 16.00' N89'50'17"W from found <br />monument "D" were held for the original property lines of said Parcel 1. The North <br />end of the East line of the adjusted parcel was held at the deed distance of 67.98' <br />Easterly of the West along the centerline of Pine St. and the South end of the East <br />line was held at the deed distance of 68.64' Southeasterly of the West line.
