<br />NARRATIVE:
<br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between that
<br />property described in Reel 1402, Page 367, and as Parcel I in Reel 4119, Page 308,
<br />Marion County Deed Records per Marion County Property Line Adjustment Case
<br />No. 20-024. The Basis of Bearings used for this survey is between monuments G
<br />and A, the line being held as South 89057'23" East per OCRS Salem. Bearings are
<br />based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD
<br />83(2011) EPOCH 2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network).
<br />To determine the north boundary of the subject property I held monuments G
<br />and A per Partition Plat 93-111, as well as monument I for the northeast corner of
<br />the subject property. The south line of the subject property, being coincident with the
<br />north right of way of Western Avenue, was determined by holding monument E and
<br />monument H per the Marion County survey MCSR 2545. Monument B was held for
<br />the southeast corner of the subject property. The west line of the subject property
<br />was determined by holding record deed distance Easterly and parallel with the
<br />centerline of Grant Street, which was called out in both Reel 4119, Page 308 and
<br />Reel 1402, Page 367. A property line adjustment deed was recorded in Reel 4375,
<br />Page 396, Marion County Deed Records.
