On the SubM worksheet enter the number of child accounts on line I. ' <br />3 . Next enter the total number of newly created lots which have no improvement or OSD value associated with them on line II. <br />Section C <br />4. Beginning at line one of section C, labeled Parcels with Additional Value, enter each individual parcel ID (required) as well as the RMV of <br />improvements and OSD in the appropriate columns. <br />Section D <br />5. Finally, verify at the bottom of the worksheet that the RMV and assessed value balance. If they do not value, but are relatively close, the <br />difference could be due to rounding .
