Question: Should the Property located west of Greencrest Street NE and north of Auburn Road NE be annexed?

Summary: Approval of this measure would annex 0.84 acre of Property located west of Greencrest Street NE and north of Auburn Road NE to the City of Salem. The Property is within the Urban Growth Boundary. Upon annexation, the Property would be zoned City of Salem RS (Single Family Residential). The Property would be developed according to the development plan, which was approved by the City Council on August 16, 2004.
