MEASURE NO. 24-134 Gervais School District 1 Ballot Title: Referred To The People By Remonstrance Petition Boundary Change Between The Gervais And Silver Falls School Districts Question: Shall certain property currently within the boundaries of the Gervais School District be transferred to the Silver Falls School District? Summary: This measure, if approved, will result in a school district boundary change and transfer certain property currently within the boundaries of the Gervais School District #1 to the Silver Falls School District #4J. This measure was referred to the ballot by a remonstrance petition filed by more than 5% of the registered voters in the Gervais School District. If this measure is approved the boundary change will take effect on March 31, 2005.
