MEASURE NO. 24-121 City of Donald Ballot Title: Referred To The People By The City Council City Of Donald, Marion County, Oregon General Obligation Bond Authorization. Question: Shall the City be authorized to contract general obligation bond indebtedness in an amount not to exceed $375,000? If the bonds are approved, they will be payable from taxes on property or property ownership that are not subject to the limits of sections 11 and 11b, Article XI, of the Oregon Constitution. Summary: This measure authorizes the City to issue general obligations bonds in an amount not exceeding $375,000. Bond proceeds would finance improvements to increase water reservoir storage and other improvements to the City’s water system. The bonds would mature in not more than forty years.
