• Crack down on dangerous and repeat traffic offenders

• Get tough on neighborhood nuisance and code violations

• Reduce court waiting time for arraignments, sentencing, and
trials

• Improve accessibility for non-English speakers

• Establish a mediation and settlement program to reduce the trial docket
