I am aware of the benefits that a great library can provide to a community. It can help shape the future of so many promising young people. It can be invaluable to families of all ages. It can provide services to help seniors.

As Library Board Member, I will be able to expand my volunteer work to create a better quality of life in Salem and adjacent areas. It is important to implement the new library district correctly and efficiently to save taxpayer resources. It is likewise important to plan for the future in order for library services to keep pace with Salem’s future. My managerial, educational and work experience with complex organizations will be key to serving the taxpayers and to assuring sound fiscal responsibility. I enjoy working with people to solve problems, working so that the solutions created are win-win solutions that best serve the community.
