Question: Should the Property located north of Robins Lane SE and west of the Interstate Highway Bypass Area be annexed?

Summary: Approval of this measure would annex 10.38 acres of Property located north of Robins Lane SE and west of the Interstate Highway (I- 5) Bypass Area to the City of Salem. The Property is within the Urban Growth Boundary. Upon annexation, the Property would be zoned City of Salem RA (Residential Agriculture). The Property would be developed according to the Development Plan, which was approved by the City Council on August 16, 2004.
