OCCUPATIONAL BACKGROUND: 21 years of professional management and technology experience in a variety of roles including Sr. Systems/Business Analyst, Project Lead, Computer and Finance Manager, Internal Auditor, and Assistant Vice-President. (SAIF Corporation 12 years, Harmon and Associates 4 years. Floating Point Systems 2 years, and others.)
Served one year as a Rotary Foundation Scholar recipient in Scotland.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Masters of Business Administration (MBA from Willamette University 1988, Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Stirling University 1990, and a B.S. in Business and Economics from George Fox University 1981.

PRIOR GOVERNMENTAL EXPERIENCE: Finalist for a possible appointment to Marion County Commissioner position November, 2003. Precinct Committee Person (PCP) since 1998.

CLARKE COBURN WILL WORK TO BRING NEW TECHNOLOGIES to increase the speed and integrity of the elections and recording systems.

Clarke Coburn and his wife Kathy live in Keizer with their two children Katelyn and Austin. Clarke has resided in Marion County for over sixteen years and is actively involved in his church.
